To modify your personal information, click on the menu "My account" in the list of menus on the right of your screen then click on the frame "My account".

First, you must have at least one Lagarde autoclave or All Retorts.
Second, you must add your autoclave(s) to your personal space.
Third, an administrator will approve your machine and set your customer status.
First, click on the "Machines" menu on the menus list on the right off your screen or click on the "Machines" menu too from your personal space.

Second, click on the "Add a machine" button.
Thirdly, enter a machine name like "Machine 1" (it is not obligatory), a serial number (obligatory to identify your machine), a comment if you want and you have the possibility to ad a image. When it's complete click on the button "SEND".
And finally, when you ended and sent the request of recording of your machine, a administrateur is going to make the serial number of your machine coincide with your customer informations and an email will be sent to you when this one will have been approved.
First make sure to be registered on the site.
If you are registered, click on the "Free ads" menu at the top of your screen.

When you are on the ads page, click on the "Place an ad" button.
Then you just have to fill out a form. You must enter the name of the ad, a description, a price and choose the currency (USD or EU) and add one or more photos.
Your ad will be pending approval and when it is approved, an email will be sent to you.
To modify an ad, go to your personal space by clicking on the "My account" menu in the list of menus on the right of your screen then click on the "My ads" menu.

Once you see your ads, click on the small thumbnail icon next to your ad status.
You can now edit the field (s) of your ad that you want to edit. Click on "Send" and your ad will be pending approval again, and once approved, an email will be sent to you.
If you encounter a problem with your autoclaves, 3 solutions are available to you:
The first :
Click on the "Tutorials" menu in the list of menus on the right of your screen.
In this page you will find several tutorials in the form of video to solve different types of problems. You can make your search easier by using the filters on the left of the screen.
You will find tutorials for mechanical, electrical, Samantha and Stange problems.
The second :
Click on the "Decision tree" menu in the list of menus on the right of your screen.
This page is composed in the same way as the tutorials, you will find different types of problems. You can make your search easier by using the filters on the left of the screen.
How does it work? When you click on a "root", a first solution to your problem appears. If this solution has helped you solve your problem click on "Problem solved" and a page asking for your opinion on this solution will be displayed.
If this solution did not help you solve your problem, click on "Unresolved issue". A second solution will appear and you will again have the choice between "Solved issue" or "Unresolved issue".
Once there is no more solution to your problem when you click on "Unresolved issue" a pop-up will appear so you can create a ticket. This one will be directly transmitted to the service concerned and will do its best to solve your problem.
You will be kept informed by email of the progress of the resolution of your problem. You will also be able to follow the evolution of your ticket from your personal space.
The third :
In your personal space you have the possibility to directly create a ticket. He will be immediately transferred to the service concerned which will treat your problem. Thank you for using this solution only if your problem can not be solved with the previous solutions. The purpose being to offer you the possibility of solving your problem in a autonomous way, thank you for not making an excessive use of this system.
